If this is your first time logging in to the portal, please follow these steps:
- Username: Use your first.lastname
For example, it might be something like “jane.doe or jane.doe1”
- Username: Use your first.lastname
- Password: Your password is a combination of:
- The last 3 letters of your last name in lowercase, and
- The last 4 digits of your phone number, with no spaces in between.
Example: If your last name is “Doe” and your phone number (123) 456-7890, your password would be “doe7890”

After your first successful login, you’ll be asked to change your password to one of your preference to keep your account secure.
