If this is your first time logging in to the portal, please follow these steps:

- Username: Use your first.lastname
For example, it might be something like “jane.doe or jane.doe1”
- Username: Use your first.lastname
- Password: Your password is a combination of:
- The last 3 letters of your last name in lowercase, and
- The last 4 digits of your phone number, with no spaces in between.
Example: If your last name is “Doe” and your phone number (123) 456-7890, your password would be “doe7890”

After your first successful login, you’ll be asked to change your password to one of your preference to keep your account secure. Your password must include an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a number and a symbol.
